Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information ChipLogic collects on this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Who we are

ChipLogic Solutions (“ChipLogic,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides RFID tags, readers, middleware, and related software. This website is a marketing and contact site for those products and services. ChipLogic is offered as a Cyberlab service.

Privacy questions can be sent to support@clsio.com.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide and information that is created when you use the site:

  • Contact and expert requests. Name, work email, phone number, company, industry, product or solution interest, asset volume, and any message you submit through the Contact or Contact an Expert forms.
  • Newsletter signup. If you opt in, we store your email to send product and company updates.
  • Technical data. Standard server logs may include IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. Scripts loaded from our site or third-party CDNs may also set cookies or similar storage, as described in our Cookie Policy.

How we use information

  • Respond to inquiries and route them to the right ChipLogic specialist
  • Prepare quotes, demos, or follow-up conversations you request
  • Send newsletters if you asked to receive them
  • Operate, secure, and improve the website
  • Measure advertising performance and reach people who visited this site, when you allow marketing cookies
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms

We do not sell your personal information.

How we share information

We share information only as needed to run the site and respond to you:

  • Email delivery providers that send form submissions to our team
  • Cloudflare Turnstile, when enabled, to verify that Contact an Expert submissions are made by a person rather than an automated script or bot
  • Google, for advertising measurement and analytics when you allow those cookies. If you allow marketing cookies and submit a form, we may send a hashed version of your email to Google so conversions from ads can be measured.
  • Service providers who host or maintain this website
  • Professional advisors or authorities if required by law

Form submissions are emailed to our internal contact address and may be stored by those processors. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share inquiry data with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use essential cookies and local storage to remember cookie preferences and keep the site working. Optional analytics or marketing cookies are used only if you allow them. See the Cookie Policy and use Cookie Preferences in the footer to change your choices.

Retention

We keep inquiry and newsletter information for as long as needed to handle your request, maintain a business relationship you asked for, or meet legal and recordkeeping requirements. You can ask us to delete or update your information at the email above.

Your choices

  • Request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold
  • Unsubscribe from newsletters using the link in those emails or by contacting us
  • Accept, reject, or customize non-essential cookies

If you are in a region with additional privacy rights, we will honor applicable requests. We may need to verify your identity before completing them.

Children

This website is intended for business customers and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you have reviewed the revised policy.
