By accessing chiplogic pages on this site, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

ChipLogic Solutions (“ChipLogic,” “we,” “us”) offers RFID hardware, software, and related services. This website is provided for information and to let you contact our team. ChipLogic is offered as a Cyberlab service.

Using the site

• Use the site only for lawful business purposes
• Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape at abusive volume, or reverse engineer the site
• Do not submit false, infringing, or confidential information you are not authorized to share
• Admin areas are limited to authorized users and are subject to additional access controls

Product information and quotes

Descriptions, prices, features, and availability on this site are for general information. They are not an offer, and they may change without notice. Submitting a Contact an Expert or quote request does not create a contract, purchase order, or service commitment.

Any purchase of ChipLogic products or software is governed by a separate order, license, or services agreement. If those documents conflict with these website terms, the commercial documents control for that purchase.

Inquiries you send us

When you use a contact or expert form, you grant ChipLogic permission to use the information you submit to respond, evaluate your needs, and follow up. You represent that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to share it.

Intellectual property

The site, branding, text, graphics, software descriptions, and other content are owned by ChipLogic or its licensors. You may view and share pages for internal business evaluation. You may not copy, modify, or commercially reuse site content without our written permission, except for fair use or other rights that cannot be waived.

Our total liability for website use will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
